CTAC Thailand is a tax and compliance advisory firm for Chinese-invested companies operating in Thailand. We are based in Chonburi, and the work covers Bangkok, Chonburi, Rayong and the Eastern Economic Corridor.
Our advisers act on your behalf. You do not log in to any government portal. You confirm, and you decide.

Three names, one company, each used in a different place. The brand you deal with is CTAC Thailand; the entity that signs, invoices and files tax is the registered company below. Seeing both names on the same document is normal — they are not different parties.

CTAC Thailand is a tax and compliance advisory firm for Chinese-invested companies operating in Thailand. - Are CTAC Thailand and SIAM HAN INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD., the registered entity, the same company?
The same company, with three names used in different places. CTAC Thailand is the outward brand name. 翰泰咨询(泰国)有限公司 is the Chinese legal name. SIAM HAN INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. is the registered English name, and it is what appears on contracts, invoices and tax filings. The tax identification number is 0205566028983. Seeing all three names on one set of documents is normal — they are not separate entities.
- I visited siamhan.com before. Is that the same firm?
The same firm. ctacth.com is our only official website: content, service descriptions and contact details on this site are the ones that govern. siamhan.com is an earlier domain — visiting it now brings you to this site, and we continue to hold it.
- How are you different from a general filing agency?
Three ways. First, every conclusion can be traced back to the official text and is marked with the date it was retrieved — not "that is how it usually goes". Second, we do not give figures we have not verified; where we cannot verify one, we write that the official source governs. At the quotation stage that can look less than decisive, but it is what protects your investment numbers. Third, anything that turns on a judgement is looked at case by case — no templates, and no predicting what you are certain to get.
- What do you not do?
We do not arrange nominee shareholdings or similar workarounds of foreign shareholding limits. We do not promise an approval outcome, a tier, or a date on which money will land. We do not make the final decision for a client. And where a project plainly does not fit, we say so before it is taken on rather than push it through.
- How are fees worked out?
We quote against the scope of the project, and the quotation states what will be done and what will be delivered. How involved the tier assessment is, how many applications are in scope, whether translation of supporting documents is included, and whether post-certificate follow-through is included all change the workload considerably — so there is no standard price list.
- How often is the content updated?
Our advisers track the official announcements of the Board of Investment (BOI), the Revenue Department, the Department of Business Development, Thai Customs and others every week. When an official position changes, the pages affected are updated and marked. Every page carries the date it was last checked at the foot.
