PP.30 VAT return switches to a new form, refunds via PromptPay

In short

The Revenue Department's revised ภ.พ.30 (PP.30) VAT return and its attachments are compulsory from 1 March 2026. The fields for recalculating tax on a supplementary return are broken out in more detail, and VAT refunds are now paid out through the PromptPay digital payment system.

01What it means for you

Whether your returns are prepared by an outside bookkeeper or filed by your own staff, check that the new version of the form is already in use. The route a refund takes to reach you has changed, so the receiving account needs to be set up in advance.
